We are looking for smart and passionate software engineers to join our Enterprise Data Warehouse team to build world class Business Intelligence solutions. About the team Our team within Swedbank BI is growing fast and needs more talented individuals to handle growing variety of data integration tasks. We work closely with operational systems across Swedbank group to ensure efficient data integration from various data sources to our data warehouse. Our teams are responsible for creating end-to-end solutions that include analysis, design, development, test, and maintenance of ETL processes and business information services. What challenges do we offer you? You will be part of an agile team focused on data warehouse platform development and should be ready to handle a variety of tasks within the team. You will work in close collaboration with other development team members, stakeholders, and business side within processes and services. Your main responsibility will be to analyze , develop , test and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and related database structures, following the general architectural principles. What would help you to succeed in this role? As a Software Engineer in Data Warehouse , we expect you to be with good analytical thinking and constant desire to grow and self-develop yourself in the field. You are open-minded and communicative (also fluent in English ). You have a relevant university degree or proven technical experience within IT and have a solid combination of the following requirements: Experience with databases (preferably Oracle/Teradata); Familiar with workflow orchestration and data integration specifics and tools ( ETL ; e.g Oracle Data Integrator is considered as an advantage); Experience with version control systems (e.g GIT, CVS ); A good understanding of data modeling .
