We are looking for a Software Engineer to be part of an agile team supporting Swedbank Group Accounting solutions. About the job You will be a part of international   agile team   focused on development of Swedish Mortgage Accounting systems. Our people are responsible for an end-to-end solution from analysis, design, development, test, and maintenance of our processes and services.This includes work in close collaboration with other development team members, stakeholders, and business side within processes and services. What would help you to succeed in this role? As a   Software Engineer , we expect you to be with good   analytical thinking   and constant desire to grow and   self-develop   yourself in the field. You are open-minded and   communicative   (also fluent in   English ). You have a relevant university degree (or an acquisition) or proven technical experience within IT and have a solid combination of the following requirements: Experience with   databases   (preferably Oracle/Teradata) and   PL/SQL ; Previous experience with accounting/financial applications is an advantage; Experience with   version control systems   (e.g   GIT, CVS ) Why work with us Accounting area offers complex challenges, as the analytical and reporting interest towards the bank's financial figures is constantly growing, Our role is to often work in close collaboration with Swedbank's strategically most important programs and initiatives ensuring accounting systems development and stability.
